It is one question to ask the proctor that is for sure. If you read the question it does state " All BGP-related TCP communication should be protected with MD5", which is my opinion is indicating R1-R2 and not necessarily and other router. Also what about BB Routers" If you are considering "All" then you may be missing "ALL" neighborships already configured.........When in doubt ask the proctor but I believe this is referring to R1-R2. If it was not then I would believe the question would have been formed like
