I think i mistook the /7 for a /6. As for the minus values those are just 
powers of 2 counting from 0, i.e. 0+1=1,1+2=3,3+4=7,7+8=15 etc
128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1

127 63 31 15 7 3 1 0
