We don't have any definitive answer at this moment. This discussion comes
up every couple of months and I believe I explained in detail last time
some of the technical challenges involved, which include but are not
limited to an increased wear-and-tear on equipment (which would have to be
reloaded every 4 instead of 8 hours) and increased support costs (we'd have
to have our support techs on standby 2x as much) and quite a few others.
With all that in mind, 4-hour slot would very likely bring an increase in
cost of rack rental and noone really wants that.

What I highly recommend is that you keep track on our Facebook, Twitter and
blog deals. Every couple of weeks we have 50% discounts going on. You book
8-hour slot and simply use half of it. I know it's not a solution, but it's
a good workaround.
