Hi Fulvio,Yes I came across exactly the same behaviour a few weeks ago: router 
eigrp xdistance 169 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 1 Any routes in access list 1 that 
were D Ex routes, remained with Admin Distance of 170. To affect external 
routes, I had to use: distance eigrp <internal AD> <external AD> Not sure if it 
was teh same lab or not, but I remember having to go back, remove static 
routes, add loopbacks and run EIGRP on them. George.  > From:
