Yes, but the bottom line is: You STILL KNOW you are getting 8 hour slots before you buy!! Even with BLS, they come with vouchers which are 8 HOUR SLOTS!! This is not a suprise. It is not kept hidden. It is fully quoted on both IPX and Proctor Labs sites. If you don't like it, don't buy it.
