My understanding is that the TS section is all now IOU, so once you have
finished that section there would be no going back. Same as when finished
with any standard Cisco exam. The configuration section is on live
equipment, somewhere in the world depending on where you are taking the lab.

It is also my understanding that if you finish the TS section early you can
go on to the config section and start as your total lab time is 8 hours.
However, you can only spend a maximum of two hours on the TS section and it
will automatically end your exam for that portion at 2 hours.

Someone else can confirm and answer the other questions.
