1. No.  TS is IOU, Config is real gear.
2. If you can, sure.  If you're done you're done, no point sitting around
idle.
3. I don't know the answer to this, but I would assume yes.
4. Yes, you are forcibly logged out. There is no delay moving to Config as
it's not the same gear.
5. You need a psychic with a crystal ball here.
