No. The Troubleshooting is on emulated equipment running on cisco's IOU
product.

I don't recommend it unless your are absolutely positive that you have
gotten enough tickets to pass answered. That means you should have done a
second verification, and made sure that you have checked the performance of
the devices in accordance with the ticket AND the drawing.

Yes you are kicked out of the OUI devices and must then start the
configuration section. Your rack will already be running and booted. No
waiting is necessary. If you have difficulties that require proctor
intervention you may expect the proctor to credit you some time, but that
is the only instance that you will be given any time.
