One thing comes to mind for me (and this is if no one else has mentioned it, 
because I didn't read the thread in it's entirety), it mtu.  Try to make sure 
the mtu matches up on the interfaces, because with PPPoE, that dialer interface 
needs to be decreased, and with ospf the mtu's have to match....
