Ok, The problem is that the default answer sent to external callers on unassigned number condition is a fast busy. and i want them to listen: "your call cannot be completed as dialed, bla, bla, bla". If i call to any unassigned number from any internal user i can listen it but that is not the case if the call comes from a gateway/pstn.
