If you activate Sub CCM service first ,then your First trunk ID would be _1. And also there is a parameter CTI ID in CCM database that determine actual ID of Trunk ID. By changing to whatever you like ,you can affect Trunk ID numbering. Both CCM services on Pub and Sub should be restarted as well as Trunk to changes take effect.
