Aha! yep thats the one... had been a while since I'd touched a fractional PRI.
Under MGCP with serv parameter they wont fail.. but that is dead on.. you are stuffed when you flick over to SRST and fallback to H323.. then you get the full 30 channels as the GW and calls trying to use channels that arent active.
