If you have implemented CUPS, CUCM, CUCCX, etc, before you will have NO problems with the open ended questions... the IPExpert questions were orders of magnitude harder than the actual questions...
To give an example of the kind of question: "where would you go in CUCM to specify the default auto-reg phone protocol..." Answer: Enterprise Parameters... Seriously, it was that kind of difficulty (but not that question...)
