I have seen CIPC pick up the option 150 TFTP server (from the data vlan)... but the only way to get CIPC onto the voice vlan is to make the switchport the pc is connected to an access port on the voice vlan...
This is why Cisco has the untrusted PC with ip softphone as a QoS option for switches...
