Hi there
Check your CSS on the proper object that needs to perform the consult transfer 
to the agent's phone. How IPCC handled calls is in the ... um, either SRND or 
the administration guide.  Forgot which.  There should be a picture with all 
sorts of numbered arrows.

If using RSVP, make sure your dspfarm profile is properly configured with the 
proper codecs, especially if the agent phone is across a g729 region.  We want 
the transcoder to kick in properly.  This is in the RSVP chapter in either the 
SRND or the F&S guide or the System Guide.  Why not just make one book for 
everything?

Hello,
i have integrated the callmanager and the ccx. am using the default 
script-icd.aef

when i call the pilot number, i hear the script , the agent get reserved but 
the agent phone never rings

Anyone with an idea of what is wrong
