If using RSVP, make sure your dspfarm profile is properly configured with the proper codecs, especially if the agent phone is across a g729 region. We want the transcoder to kick in properly. This is in the RSVP chapter in either the SRND or the F&S guide or the System Guide. Why not just make one book for everything?
