Hi all i have been tryin to use CDR reporting to simulate globalization and localization on my soft phones but its not working, i have adjusted CDR ENABLE FLAG to true CDR LOGCALLS WITH ZERO DURATION FLAG TO true And its not woorking , i keep getting error 10021 , please what else am i suppose to do that i have not done.
