I use softphones only, and dont have a hard phone.
I understand that my softphones are not the best for testing the concept of
globalization and normalization but it can be used with the help of the CDR
reporting on Cucm as demonstrated by Vik in the videos Lab 7 vol 2 question 2.6
, you will see Vik confirming his globalization and normalization from CDR
reporting since he was using ip blue softphones for that video, i use IP blue
soft phones too.
Thanks very much for that document i have used it to troubleshoot so far, just
that i have been unable to do the CUCM CLI workaround, i will keep trying.
Let me know if you find out whatelse needs to be done.
