Reconnect to Higher order CCM is checked.
Voice mail ports never register with subscriber ; they register with
publisher only. If I shut down publisher ; then from subscriber GUI voice
mail ports vanish (ie nothing listed under search for voice mail ports).
When publisher is up voice mail ports appear again.(& register to publisher)
