yes i got it from SC router, and i tried to ping UCM as well from the voice int
vlan of SC and it works for the ping. but still not get the DN

Where are you getting your dhcp at sc? If it is sc rtr then you could have it
right and just no access to CUCM
So try ping (CUCM ip) source vlan (voice #) and confirm the voice vlan has
connectivity to CUCM
