hi, all I want to do a phased MR, but I can not figure out how to do it. Some backgrounds: the protein containing two subunits; a poor SAD-phasing map; got a correct MR of one subunit. A phased MR can be used to solve the position of the other subunit. The question is that how to fix the correct subunit position in a phased MR, which program can do that?
