Phaser shows you only solutions above 75 % of the maximum peak in this trial. So finding just one other solution within this cutoff indicates a very good fall-off and is a good sign to have the right solution. I would include all data like Martyn already pointed out. Since your model is only 70 percent complete you should not expect too good Rfactors. Maybe you have domain movements between your search model and the structure that you are looking for. It is also a good idea to run a density modification program with your solution to get rid of model bias. I prefer RESOLVE for this but PIRATE also gives good results.
