Would someone share their experience on making imidazole-malate buffer? Specifically, would be great to know the useful pH range as well as how to adjust pH within that range. Should the stock solutions of 2 M Imidazole and Malic Acid be adjusted to specific pH's prior to mixing in respective ratios?
