hi all i am trying to purify DNA binding protein, but i couldnt get rid of the DNA after performing hi-trap heparin column, i have also tried high conc salt buffer (upto 1 M NaCl) and also tried o.2 M lithium sulphate, please suggest me some way to get rid of undesired DNA.. thanks Regards Arpit
