Hi Herman, which version, OS and mouse are you using? I can confirm that middle mouse button works perfectly fine in version 0.8.6.2 (yes I know I'm outdated) win Win10 with a generic Logitech plug-and-play mouse with the third mouse button being the wheel. I also quickly checked the latest version in Windows 7 ultimate (yikes!) with the same generic mouse as well as a fancy Razer mouse with cloud-based button profiles and it seems to work equally well. Have you checked your mouse settings and drivers?
