First: I aam not able to remove somebody from the list nor do I like to do this
with Bill.

The problem is that nobody would care if the data which the spam filtering
is based on is not based itself on nonserious sources. But ORBS _is_ a nonserous
source because it lists sites that are 100% spam (relay) free but did protest
against spamming (intensive relay experiments) done by ORBS people.
