Note the check of the faceplate... the chances of someone changing part
numbers and the physical appearance of the drive is much smaller than
the chance that some bozo installed the wrong firmware.
If the bill of sale says CRW2100SZ you have a good chance of getting the
dealer to replace or refund. If it says 4416S and you accepted it, your
chances are smaller. On the other hand, if you paid for the 4416S and
can "upgrade" to the better drive via firmware, you may be rewarded for
your effort. If you hve a copy of the dealer's ad or such that's useful,
screen shot, whatever.
