natuto mag Facebook. Text at E mail lang ako before last week. Natuto ako
magtext dahil sa Impeachment ni Erap.
Hindi lang iyon. Nag whistle blower ako nuong Member ako ng PCSO Board of
Directors on Jan. 2, 2003.
itong taong 2013 naoperahan.
Simeon Garcia, dating Chief of
  Still, what if ...
I believe not in "Walking the Talk!"
I believe in "Talking the Walk!"
I blew the Whistle before it became POPULAR to blow the Whistle!
I blew the Whistle against the sister of the PINAKAMALAKING PINAKAKAUTANGAN
NG LOOB NI GMA for EDSA II & her becoming President - Jueteng Gate's Chavit
Singson!
When I did, my classmates Tommy Lopez (UMAK President) and Billy Esposo (Phil
Star Chair Wrecker) ADMONISHED me to GROW UP & choose BETTER TIMING before
telling the truth!
Priests and Sisters did not come to the RESCUE! RadYo di Totoo - Vertitas 846
AM because of Fr. Pascual of Caritas, censored me.
The PDI did not print a P 2 B COA report re PCSO in exchange for two pages of
PCSO ads (half a million pesos).
The charges that I filed at the Ombudsman were dismissed after a year.
But I still have three cases pending against me ten years later. In March
2006, when I was arrested and detained, then detained President Estrada paid
for my P 40,000.00 cash bail.
In September 2008, when a second case was filed against me four years after
GMA fired me as a PCSO Director in January of 2004, released President Estrada
paid for my Bail Bond of P 10,000.00.
When a third case was filed against me in 2008, I refused to post bail.
Therefore, I have a pending warrant of Arrest for the past five years. My co
accused who surrendered, posted bail and was arraigned, died two years ago. My
accuser is an invalid.
Sometimes, when like you, I feel and think that Linggoy is too quiet, I am
tempted to bribe a policeman to arrest me. However, unlike in 2006, we now know
that my wife is a borderline DIALYSIS PATIENT. if I AM DETAINED AND CAN NOT GO
HOME TO SLEEP BESIDE HER, SHE MIGHT GO OVER THE BRINK. How much is the dialysis
per week? Ten thousand pesos! Forty thousand per month! Half million per year!
How can I go to PCSO for help when one of the irregularities that I exposed
was an illegal Christmas Bonus - SM Gift Certificates (without bidding)?
Kahit EDSA I at II Ako at PINATALSIK KO si ERAP not ONCE but TWICE, at Kahit
Mula 2010 hanggang ngayon, at least once a
Di kagaya nuong 1989 at
2003, nuong kumontra ako kay Cory at GMA. Kakaunti ang kasama ko. Wala ang mga
pari at madre!
Bayaan mo, pagkakaunti tayo, magiingay nanaman ako!
  Sa ngayon, supporter lang ako!

By the way the Batas Pambansa law is B> P> 880 whch was passed in 1985 in the
wake of the DOUBLE violent dispersal of a JAJA (Justice 4 Aquino, Justice 4
All) Rally at Welcome in 1985 or 1984. It was the first time that I can
remember that dispersed rallyists took refuge at the Sto. Domingo Compound (I
dispersed myself all the way to UST walking.). The second time was the June or
July 2004 FPJ rally when I was on the stage truck which went first to PLDT then
to Mayon St (I ended up at the FPJ studios.). re my E

Thanks and Congrats for Applying for a Permit. A QC permit will not make our
voice weaker. In my experience, nowadays more people will come when there is an
LGU permit. In 1970, less youth would come when there was a permit!

Thanks V M Junep! It's very good to hear that the EDSA Shrine Admin is now
friendly to the TRUTH. During the time of then Monsignor Socrates Villegas they
collaborated with GMA & asked the PNP & LGU's not to allow activities that were
anti-GMA. Then Fr. Soc is the GMA collaborator who forced the ":Hello Garci"
whistle blowere to get out of the sanctuary in San Carlos Seminary, Guadalupe,
EDSA, Makati in June of 2005. The acolyte of the devil is now the Archbishop of
Lingayen!

i am confident that we won't be dispersed at the prayer vigil. even when we
marched to mendiola last Aug26, it was very peaceful. it was the first time i
actually experienced reaching mendiola with fists raised chanting "abolish pork
barrel". the police weren't even outside the gates but inside. i have
experienced the violent dispersals during gma's time and i see the difference.
however, pnoy's admin has it's own share of violent dispersals. the most recent
one being the rally during his sona.

Hi Caroline , WITH OR WITHOUT A PERMIT, I WILL DROP BY THE SEPT 11 PRAYER
VIGaIL & AS WELL AS THE ACTIVITIES ON THE 13TH & THE 21ST SINCE I'M NOT THE
LEADER IN ANY OF THEM. Thanks for the attachment. However, when I was active
leading rallies from 1969 to 2009, almost all of that had been advised &
lectured to me by Alan Paguia, Ed Araullo, Ed Bacungan, Efren Moncupa, Eta,
Evelio Javier, Fr. Joe, J W Diokno, Harry, Jack Jimenez, Joker, Nene, Rene,
Rollie, Rufus, Sal Panelo, etc ... However, they were not with me 90 % of the
time when we had to face the truncheon wielding Civil Disturbance or Anti -
Riot Police.. I was with the late FPJ lawyer Atty. Ed Araullo when we were
dispersed by the late PNP MPD Sta Mesa Station Commander COl M at Espana corner
P. Noval during an FPJ protest rally against GMA's cheating in the May 2004
elections. Again there where several lawyers with us when we were dispersed at
Welcome and Mendiola & EDSA in front of the San
Carlos Seminary (without LGU permits.) in 2004.

Hi Rodel and company, Have you applied for a permit from the LGU with
jurisdiction over the surroundings of the EDSA Shrine? Unlike the Luneta which
is under the National Parks something ... , EDSA Shrine is owned by the Roman
Catholic Archdiocese of Manila. During GMA's Admin, Mandaluyong City would
reject and the Mandaluyong PNP as well as its superior the EPD would recommend
the rejection of applications for permits to march, picket or rally using the
EDSA Shrine's opposition to such activities as their excuse. However, I was
twice able to get permits from Quezon City between 2005 and 2007. I met MMDA
Chairman Francis Tolentino at a birthday party last Saturday night. The host,
Ferdie advised him not to be negative to the rally. However, he was shocked
when I advised him that my impression from listening to an interview with the
initiator on ABS CBN's DZMM Teleradyo, was that the rally would continue until
pork, possibly all pork, was scrapped. In
February 1986, up to Friday, Feb 24, I was able to get a vigil permit covering
multiple organizations for the People Power Monument. Fr. Robert Reyes's group
had held a multi month vigil there. However, I understand that applications
have to cleared first with the EDSA Commission. I went to the Monday, Aug 26
Million March with my family and friends. My contribution was walis ting tings
and trash bags for those interested in cleaning up. I'm offering you a dozen of
this and trash bags with the intention of keeping my city clean and maintaining
the good impression created last Aug 26 regarding discipline and cleanliness.
Our Alcuaz family will try to come in spite its being a weekday and working
day. Vty & Tks V M! Jose Luis "Linggoy" A. Alcuaz w E mail Address

working as a columnist (OpinYon and Philippine Manila Sun.) and in public
information in Manila and Robinson's
Galeria. Hi again Rodel, please just be careful about promising millions.
Whether the million refers to signatures or warm bodies, be careful. Never mind
if you are fewer than a million or a thousand, just keep on. Be careful that
your noise barrage does not get compared with that of April 6, 1978. A vigil
gets a lenghtier media coverage than a usual rally. It is more difficult to
educate with a big but short rally. Linggoy
