A lot of HR managers are behind the curve, and still trying to manage IT
resources as they would any other resource, not really understanding the
work that the IT people do, or the market at all.

I'm wondering if there are courses developed for this yet, to help HR people
progress into the IT age :)

I had to point out that my wearing Jeans and a T-Shirt in the office isn't
as much a privelage as it is a benefit to the company, as I feel comfortable
enough to come to work at 7 and leave at 6 or later.

I mentioned that with a shirt and tie I'd be far more cognizant of that
4:30pm cut off time. ;-P
