I get mine from Kosher butchers in the Jewish section of Atlanta. I
typically buy them when I cook for Passover, but I don't normally keep
Kosher. I'm Jewish by heritage but Christian by faith, so I'm a Messianic
Jew. I've also made some killer cheeseburgers! ;)

As far as us not getting along, you'd be surprised just how much we can. It
all comes down to respect, and things are pretty good here in Atlanta as far
as that goes. I have good friends who are devout Muslims (one of them a
Fulbright scholar), and I also read the Holy Quran from time to time.
Really helps me to understand things better.

It's all good. Much respect to all my brothers and sisters everywhere.
Peace!

Respectfully,
