To allow your Outlook (2000) to upgrade to larger tables and to have your
..pst compacted simply..

[a] R-click on Outlook Today and select Properties.
[b] Click Advanced
[c] Check "allow upgrade to larger tables"
[d] click compact..... this may take some time, depending on the size of
your file.
[e] apply a password if you need to and it will ask you at startup.
