It's all about politics...we don't push a separate Kurdish state
because that would make life tough for Turkey, a key ally in the area.
The US doesn't do anything in the foreign arena out of our goodwill.
It's about what's good for our foreign policy and national interests.
The same is true across the globe and people need to realize that
fact.
Look at the lack of intervention in Rwanda back in the '90s.

I see everyone clamoring for a Palestinian state but no one (the UN,
Arab governments, France, etc.) clamoring for a Kurdish one. I mean
fair is fair. There are more Kurds, they've been around as a distinct
people longer and have been oppressed just as much or more (much more)
than the Palestinians have.
Where's the love?
