Yes, you could. :-)
"A URL" if you pronounce the U like in unicorn. That is, "you are ell"
or "yerl".
"An URL" if you pronounce the U like in urba. That is, "erl".
Presuming you pronounce "uniform" like "yoo-knee-form", it will alays be
"a uniform resource locator".
Is this making sense?
