You said you were disturbed by your kid seeing two men kissing, implying that their outrageous behavior was wrecking any chance you had to bring your kids up "right".

And what does legally recognising gay marriage mean anyway? Do you think it will make it more likely that your kid will see two men kissing? That suddenly the streets will be flooded with brand-spanking new homosexuals whose very presence will corrupt your kids?
The State of Mass had no regard for anyone who was trying to interpret the laws of the State to discriminate against a class of people. I don't think any state should have any regard for such people.
Who is the "bad guy" here.

The stae of MASS didn't hold any regard for people who oppose gay marriage
