Heard this morning that the Taliban clerics are voting on whether to turn
over Bin Laden for extradition to a third country (possibly Pakistan), but
that there are about 600 clerics in the council and the vote must be
unanimous <yeah, right...>

The Taliban clerics are meeting tomorrow or the day after. I saw the report
live from a correspondent in Afganastan. It is going to take a day or two
for all the clerics to gather together. there are from all over the country
side.
