I would modify that to state recognition of group marriages. I'm sure there are not as many as decades past, but I'm sure group "marriages" exist. And there is no law against it, in that the police are not breaking down the doors and hauling these groups of consenting adults away, are they? It's just that these "marriages" have no legal standing.
And I guess I'm with the liberal heathens on this one as well, if everybody is a consenting adult of legal age, who are they hurting?
