Good question - it was only a misdemeanor warrant in the first place. we will
never know now, huh?
What if when the government then surrounded the compound, he would of then
given himself up to fight any allegations legally?

What if when agents approached the compound, the Davidians would not of opened
fire on them?
They didn't, the Agents fired first - all was caught on film, later
confiscated by the ATF
What if when it was obvious the agents would eventually apprehend them, they
wouldn't of decided to torch themselves?
Another good question, because it is interesting that people outside of the
cult and the government entered the compound and left unhindered even while it
was under seige.
Lay blame where it belongs. Nut cases are not outside the bounds of the law.
The instant the Davidians opened fire on federal agents, they sealed their own
fate.
I have to agree with the nut cases - my point was the seige and attack was
based on false information provided to the Attorney General.
