Have you tried Simply Jif? It has less sugar. And it has a pretty low amount of saturated fat - only 3 grams

My recollection, and JIF backs me up

is that PB has *no* cholesterol (like pretty much everything made
without animal products).  It does, however, have a metric pantload of fat.

I'd be happier if most PB didn't contain added sugar, but fat is
something I can live with.  HIgh caloric intake is a personal goal for
this 5'11" 135-lbs. man.
