I've already had the discussion on another list about the new avioncis
systems of some aircraft, height maintaining modes of autopilot systems
etc. etc.
and found it quite interesting.Sorry if any took offense, it wasn't
intentional.
I also didn't realise it was the memorial day of 9/11...probably why I
was sent that link about now.
They are probably making the rounds worldwide.

And I hope you view all the world's tragedies in the same way. THe
Israeli - Palestinian conflict, the Russian school massacre and others

The death of Diana for instance.
The car crashed and that's all there is to it.

Entertaining conspiracy rumors about there being a second car, whether
the press was responsible, whether the Royal Family was involved,is
disrespectful to those that died.
It happened the way it happened and we should all just leave it at
that...correct?

But you're obviously too close to the incident in question to see my
point and have any sort of dispassionate, objective discussion about the
incident.
So, sorry if any took offense, it certainly wasn't intended.

My last word on this.

Getting to the truth and giving a true and factual account to the
grieving
relatives left behind in an attempt to give a them little peace is one
thing, entertaining fallacies based on someones idea that there was a
conspiracy is another.

It should not be about What if.... It should be about Why did it happen?
Who
is responsible? How did we let it get so far? How can we stop these
things
in the future? To learn from the mistakes and events of the past can
only be
a good thing to ponder on how it could have been different is not.

Asking 'What if' is pointless. It happened the way it happened. People
died.
No amount of 'what ifs' will change that or prevent it in the future.
