lol.  Problem may have been sanitation - random yeast/bacteria reeking
havoc.  I've got the advantage of being in the food service business, so
this hasn't been a problem.  Also,  I am getting complete kits of grains and
yeast, so I am not really creating my own beers, just preparing the box-kit.

Getting thirsty just thinking about it....
