When you order this in Belgium don't you get free cheese of sausage or something? I remember them going through a ritual: 1.) blew out the glass 2.) overfilled the glass until the liquid beer reached a line on the glass. 3.) used a spatula to shave the foam off even with the rim of the glass. 4.) wiped the glass down until it was clean. 5.) served it with chesse of something.
