Why do they hid in civilian areas. Why do they have school children around them? Your ignoring the very basic fact that the terrorists are the primary cause of Palestinian civilian deaths. No terrorist attacks, no Israeli reprisals to kill terrorists. No terrorists hiding out in civilian locations. No chance of civilians being shot. Try blaiming the terrorists for once.
