The EU only supports Arafat so replacing him is a moot point and there is no peace plan that'll be supported by 80% of Palestinians. Have you even looked at the Hamas charter? It denies Israel's right to even exist. Same with the official government line of Syria, Iran and many other Arab countries. The only peace for them; the only peace that'll be accepted by 80% of Palestinians is the peace of the destruction of Israel.
