In my opinion, grades are a very poor indicator of overall intelligence,
especially as it applies to real-world productivity.

I think I'd accept the argument that in comparison to his peers (current
political elite and past presidents), W is in the lower percentile on
intelligence.  That's a lot different than saying "he's not too bright".
