i think that is more Kens speculation of what is going to happen within 4 years time...I beleive it has mainly to do with the world view of us and a Stockmarket crash which he predicts will happen...if i remeber for previous posts...I am not sure I particularly agree with the POV but I wouldn;t be shocked if it happens...
