I was referring to 'Gel. You, I don't know about, really, publicly, actually. But given my status as an immigrant, I cannot publicly put myself in the same position as either you or 'Gel.
I completely agree with you however, its a stupid set of laws. Blame it on Anslinger in the 30's (remember Reefer Madness?). One of the things with THC is that it doesn't have an LD-50 (that's the amount of the drug that kills off 50% of the sample). Its one of the safest intoxicants/hallucinogens out there. As for Anne-Nicole Smith, mixing that sort of prescription drug (actually any prescription drug) with alcohol is quite stupid. What typically happens is that the alcohol and the drug in combination is much more powerful than either alone - you need less of either to achieve the same effect as taking either alone. But the combination also raises the risk of a fatal dose by a lot. So unless you have a real death wish you shouldn't do combinations.
