No I am not dealing with absolute numbers. 

If you say that the sample is 105 mice..and 50% of blue mice are employed..that 
means that 2.5 blue mice are employed.(did you
really think about this before posting?).And if 10% of red mice are employed, 
then 10 Red mice are employed. But in this case,
because of the numbers and the ratios, the Red Mice would be the ones with a 
problem.

What bearing this has on the example I gave, or the original question, I cannot 
fathom , as the percentage of poor whites is Not
higher than the percentage of poor minorities per population figure. And the 
percentage per population of whites in executive
management is NOT higher than the percentage per population of minorities in 
executive management. I told you if you doubt or
dispute this to check your country's Census data.

If you don't understand these simple ratios then no wonder you resort to 
personal anecdotes to try to make your point,misuse and
misrepresent statistics and steadfastly ignore the national data before you.

When you combine this fact with the proven discrimination against minorities in 
the American Workplace, and the sharp decline in
minority employment and school admissions in those states in which AA is not 
enforced then it is clear that AA is helping minorities
achieve job placement and school admissions which is part of its goal. Poverty 
is a factor of Race in America because of
discrimination and racism that has existed in that country for centuries (or 
are you going to deny that as well?). Whichever factor
you wish to look at, Racism and racist discrimination in America has a large 
part to play in the lives of Minorities.

But I point to your cognitive dissonance on the issue as the reason for your 
failure to accept the logic of this.For whatever reason
you do not wish to admit that Racism negatively affects the lives of millions 
of minorities in your country and prevents them from
attending the best schools and getting the best jobs alongside their similarly 
qualified White counterparts.This despite the fact
that this is precisely what has been known to occur in your country with racial 
segregation and discrimination for centuries,until a
few decades ago.

And now there are moves to remove Affirmative Action, which is the one thing 
that seems to be working for getting minorities proper
job and educational oppurtunities,because Whites are affected by it. But I also 
understand why you would be unable to see it that
way as well.
