Let's stick to the point: You said , "oh yeah, he fits the profile." I'm saying that's irresponsible because there is no probability profile. What I'm asking you to provide the probabilistic profile. I have tried to build one for you: 1.) Males who are victims of abuse. (You say we don't know.) 2.) Education. (You're saying he had some college, but we don't know his IQ.) 3.) Money problems (You've not responded.) So basically he doesn't even fit my POS abuser profile? If you disagree then provide the bullet list of abuser criteria. Here's an example from my previous analogy. Note that all of the item are objective facts that actuaries can put probabilities on. Car Insurance Accident Risk Profile: * Male * 16-24 * Low HS grades * Not in college * unmarried * High HP Auto * Previous accidents * Traffic tickets Do you see how I could pick out, say, Ray and easily tell you whether he fits the high risk car insurance profile? All I have to do is see if he meets all of the objective criteria. That's what your abuser profile should look like. We should be to traverse a list of criteria and say that anyone with those criteria is in the 90th percentile. Can you provide that list or not? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:154083 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
