I don't really expect to ever find anything on tv suitable for my child, except on PBS kids. But, I don't really care because I'd rather my kid not watch a bunch of tv.
Did any of you see Finding Nemo? We were at a friend's house and they popped it in as "kid friendly" material. My kid is mostly too young to get what was going on, but the opening scene is Nemo's mom getting eaten by a shark. I mean, come on. That's kid friendly? They're trained for violence from an early age. But, you sure as hell didn't see Nemo's dad getting it on with Nemo's mom to make Nemo.
