Might be a bad sign, might not. In my book that would give him a candidate a negative mark, especially since I expect a developer to bring his "best work" that's been gone over with a fine tooth comb to an interview. But even so, there are plenty of other things that could outweigh a few sloppy quote marks. This thread reminds me of a recent 100 message (or so) thread on CF-Jobs-Talk where folks were discussing similar litmus tests to determine what makes someone a "low level" or "mid level" developer. There are just too many different things that could be measured to make any type of simple test. -Cameron -- Cameron Childress Sumo Consulting Inc http://www.sumoc.com --- cell: 678.637.5072 aim: cameroncf email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:157675 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
