Too true. It reminds me of another anti-evolution argument from the 70's: the "seeded Earth" argument. Here the idea was that Earth was "seeded" from spores carried through space (or, in the more fantastical versions from microbes left behind from alien visits). Of course the fundamental issue is how did the life that eventually seeded the Earth come to exist? And if it could occur spontaneously someplace else why not here? ;^) Jim Davis ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:159505 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
